Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat sekitar dengan membagikan ilmu dan keterampilan, Kegiana Pengabidan kepada Masyarakat memiliki tujuan untuk : (1) memberikan pelatihan Pembuatan Cocktail dengan Olahan Kopi Daerah di Indonesia (2) memberikan edukasi agar memahami manfaat kopi (3) membangun kerja sama antara Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan Hilton Bandung (4) menjalankan salah satu fungi Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Maka dari itu penulis mengadakan workshop offline Pelatihan Pembuatan Cocktail dengan Olahan Lima Kopi Daerah Kepada Trainee di Hilton Bandung. Kata kunci : Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Kopi, Pelatihan, Manfaat. / Abstrak Community Service is one of the university's tri dharma which has the aim of increasing a sense of concern for the surrounding community by sharing knowledge and skills, Community Service Activities have the objectives of: (1) providing training on Cocktail Making with Processed Regional Coffees in Indonesia (2 ) provide education to understand the benefits of coffee (3) build cooperation between the Faculty of Tourism of Pelita Harapan University and Hilton Bandung (4) run one of the Tri Dharma functions of higher education, namely Community Service. Therefore, the author held an offline workshop on Cocktail Making Training with Processed Five Regional Coffees for Trainees at the Hilton Bandung.
