Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang memiliki banyak pulau yaitu pulau Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Papua, dan sebagainya. Ibu kota negara Indonesia adalah DKI Jakarta yang terletak di pulau Jawa. DKI Jakarta memiliki pertumbuhan penduduk dan kunjungan wisata yang tinggi sehingga dapat meningkatkan perkembangan industri pariwisata. Salah satu industri pariwisata yang berkembang di DKI Jakarta adalah pariwisata kuliner. Terdapat beraneka-ragam pariwisata kuliner di DKI Jakarta dari wisata kuliner baru dan wisata kuliner tradisional. Wisata kuliner tradisional dapat berupa restoran legendaris atau restoran yang telah berdiri sejak puluhan tahun dan sampai saat ini restoran tetap beroperasi dengan resep kekhasan masakan yang turun-menurun. Salah satu restoran yang telah berdiri sejak lama dan sampai saat ini tetap beroperasi adalah restoran chinese food. Adanya perkembangan baru dalam inovasi pada restoran dapat menyebabkan restoran legendaris dilupakan oleh pengunjung bila tidak terdapat informasi yang memadai mengenai restoran tersebut. maka dari itu, dibuatnya rancangan buku dengan judul 10 Restoran Chinese Food Legendaris di Jakarta bertujuan untuk menjadi buku panduan restoran yang dapat mempromosikan restoran legendaris yang menghidangkan makanan chinese food agar wisatawan dan penduduk sekitar Jakarta tertarik untuk mengunjungi restoran tersebut./ Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has many islands, namely the islands of Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatra, Papua, and so on. The capital city of Indonesia is DKI Jakarta which is located on the island of Java. DKI Jakarta has high population growth and tourist arrivals so that it can increase the development of the tourism industry. One of the developing tourism industries in DKI Jakarta is culinary tourism. There are a variety of culinary tourism in DKI Jakarta, from new culinary tourism to traditional culinary tourism. Traditional culinary tours can be in the form of legendary restaurants or restaurants that have been around for decades and until now the restaurant still operates with special recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. One restaurant that has been around for a long time and is still operating today is a Chinese food restaurant. The existence of new developments in restaurant innovation can cause legendary restaurants to be forgotten by visitors if there is no adequate information about the restaurant. Therefore, a book with the title 10 Legendary Chinese Food Restaurants in Jakarta was created with the aim of becoming a restaurant guidebook that promotes legendary restaurants serving Chinese food so that tourists and residents around Jakarta are interested in visiting these restaurants.
