Abstract

Rancangan buku resep ini berisi tentang “Kreasi Hidangan Penutup Berbahan Dasar Mentimun”. Buku resep ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat pengolahan hidangan penutup berbahan dasar mentimun. Dalam rancangan buku resep ini berisi tentang sepuluh resep hidangan penutup berbahan dasar mentimun yang diharapkan bisa memberi ide baru untuk masyarakat. Penulisan buku resep ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan resep dari beberapa referensi dari sumber yang sudah ada yang kemudian akan penulis uji menggunakan pengujian organoleptik dengan panelis ahli. Buku resep ini di desain dengan tema yang simpel dan penulisan dari buku resep ini juga mudah dimengerti dan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai hidangan penutup berbahan dasar mentimun kepada pembacanya. / This recipe book design is about “Cucumber-Based Dessert Creations”. This recipe book aims to introduce to the public the processing of cucumber-based desserts. This recipe book design contains ten recipes for cucumber-based desserts that are expected to give new ideas to the public. Writing this recipe book uses a data collection method by collecting recipes from several references from existing sources which the author will then test using organoleptic testing with expert panelists. This recipe book is designed with a simple theme and the writing of this recipe book is also easy to understand and can give readers insight into cucumber- based desserts.
