Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat guna untuk menambah wawasan dan keterampilan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan : (1) memberi pelatihan mengenai teknik pembuatan makanan ringan favorit khas Tionghoa (2) menambah wawasan akan varian makanan ringan favorit khas Tionghoa (3) menyelasaikan penulisan proyek tugas akhir sebagai syarat kelulusan(4) menjalankan funsi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Penulis mengadakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Kuotie Ayam dan Peach Gum Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Wisata Keranggan. Kata kunci : pengabdian kepada masyarakat, makanan ringan, tionghoa, tujuan / Community service is an activity of practicing knowledge for the community in order to add insight and skills. Community service activities carried out aim to: (1) provide training on techniques for making Chinese favorite snacks (2) add insight into variants of Chinese favorite snacks (3) complete the writing of a final proectas a graduation requirement (4) To carry out the function of the Tri Dharma of Higher Eduation, namely Community Service. Therefore, the Author held training on the making of Chicken Kuotie and Peach Gum for the community in the Keranggan Tourism Village. Keywords : community service, snack, Chinese, purpose
