Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan judul “Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing untuk Pengembangan UMKM di SML UMKM CENTRE” dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan baru kepada para pelaku usaha di SML UMKM CENTRE agar dapat mengembangkan usaha melalui platform online untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing dikatakan masih kurang di masyarakat SML UMKM CENTRE, untuk itu penulis melakukan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di tempat ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online dengan melakukan webinar melalui aplikasi ZOOM meeting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan penyebaran Pre-test dan Post�test untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta mengenai materi yang telah disampaikan oleh para pembicara. Dengan penggunaan media sosial untuk menjual barang dan jasa akan sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan penjualan para pelaku usaha. Promosi seperti pemasangan iklan, endorsement, dan mengikuti event promosi juga sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan penjualan di sosial media. Dalam webinar ini dijelaskan mulai dari awal mula perkembangan digital marketing, bagaimana digital marketing di media sosial dapat berpengaruh bagi penjualan barang dan jasa, dan marketing apa saja yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan barang dan jasa. Dengan melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di tempat ini, tim peneliti berharap agar wawasan dan materi yang diberikan akan berguna dan diaplikasikan para pelaku usaha di SML UMKM CENTRE. Kata kunci: Digital Marketing, Media Sosial, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat / Community Service with the title "Utilization of Digital Marketing for MSME Development at SML UMKM CENTRE" is carried out with the aim of adding new insights and knowledge to business actors at SML UMKM CENTER in order to develop businesses through online platforms to improve people's lives. Knowledge about digital marketing is said to be still lacking in the community of SML UMKM CENTRE, for this reason, the author carries out Community Service Activities in this place. This activity is carried out online by conducting webinars through the ZOOM meeting application. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this activity, the distribution of Pre-test and Post-test was carried out to find out the participants' understanding of the material that had been delivered by the speakers. With the use of social media to sell goods and services, it will be very useful to increase sales of business actors. Promotions such as advertising, endorsements, and participating in promotional events are also very helpful in increasing sales on social media. In this webinar, it is explained starting from the beginning of the development of digital marketing, how digital marketing on social media can affect the sale of goods and services, and what marketing is used to promote goods and services. By conducting Community Service in this place, the research team hopes that the insights and materials provided will be useful and applied by business actors at the SML UMKM CENTER.
