Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ekuitas merek, word of mouth, dan kualitas makanan dapat berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat beli pada restoran salad di Jakarta Utara. Diselenggarakannya seminar hasil ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mendiseminasikan dan memaparkan hasil penelitian, dan mendapatkan umpan balik dari dosen reviewer untuk penyempurnaan laporan hasil penelitian “Pengaruh Brand Equity, Word of Mouth dan Food Quality terhadap Purchase Intention pada Salad Restaurant di Jakarta Utara”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisa penelitian inferensial. Seminar hasil dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Saat seminar hasil berlangsung terdapat tiga dosen reviewer untuk memberikan umpan balik berupa saran dan masukan mengenai hasil penelitian yang dipresentasikan. Hasil dari seminar hasil yang telah diselenggarakan berupa masukan dari ketiga dosen reviewer yaitu 1) peserta tidak berada di satu ruangan yang sama dengan peserta lain saat melakukan seminar hasil secara online karena menghasilkan suara bergema, 2) hapus uji-uji yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian, 3) penelitian penulis merupakan penelitian inferensial bukan deskriptif. 4) hipotesis dalam uji t ditulis dengan “didukung atau tidak", 5) turnitin masih tinggi, 6) terlalu banyak kata bahasa inggris, 7) italic penggunaan bahasa inggris, 8) latar belakang kurang kuat, harus menjelaskan mengapa ingin mengambil variabel purchase intention dan apa dasar dari penelitian yang dilakukan, 9) penggunaan kata “kita” diganti, 10) objek dari judul tidak dapat dimengerti, dan 11) format daftar isi masih salah. / This research was conducted to determine whether brand equity, word of mouth, and food quality can positively affect purchase intentions at salad restaurants in North Jakarta. The holding of this results seminar has the aim of disseminating and presenting research results, and getting feedback from reviewer lecturers to improve the research report "The Influence of Brand Equity, Word of Mouth and Food Quality on Purchase Intention at Salad Restaurant in North Jakarta". The research method used is quantitative with inferential research analysis. The results seminar was conducted online using the zoom meeting application. During the results seminar, there were three reviewer lecturers to provide feedback in the form of suggestions and input on the research results presented. . The results of the seminar results that have been held are in the form of input from the three reviewer lecturers, namely 1) participants are not in the same room as other participants when conducting the results seminar online because it produces a resounding sound, 2) delete tests that are not contained in the study, 3) the author's research is inferential research not descriptive. 4) the hypothesis in the t test is written with "supported or not", 5) turnitin is still high, 6) too many english words, 7) italic english usage, 8) the background is less strong, should explain why want to take the purchase intention variable and what is the basis of the research conducted, 9) the use of the word "we" is replaced, 10) the object of the title is incomprehensible, and 11) the table of contents format is still incorrect.
