Abstract
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat merupakan suatu kegiatan yang memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apapun. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang kami lakukan memiliki tujuan: (1) Memberikan alternatif lain dalam penggunaan kacang hijau. (2) Hasil dari bakmi tersebut memiliki tekstur yang serupa dengan mie kuning pada umumnya. (3) Mengurangi penggunaan tepung terigu/ Community service is an activity which provides knowledge and skills to the company without expecting anything in return. Our community service has the following objectives: (1) To giveout alternatives in use of green beans. (2) The result of the noodle has almost the same texture with yellow noodles in general. (3) Reduce the usage of wheat flour.
