Abstract

Desa Curug Sangereng merupakan satu-satunya desa di antara lima kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Kelapa Dua kabupaten Tangerang dan masuk ke dalam wilayah kecamatan Legok, Kabupaten Legok mengalami pemekaran sehingga Desa Curug Sangereng masuk ke dalam kecamatan Pagedangan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dijalankan ini berfokus pada usaha Food and Beverage yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan hidangan dari negara Jepang dan Korea yaitu Sushi dan Gimbab agar masyarakat di Desa Curug mengenal dan mengetahui cara membuat hidangan dari negara lain tetapi dengan bahan yang mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat di Desa Curug, serta melakukan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Curug Sangereng untuk dapat menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu sarana bagi mereka untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan promosi atas produk yang telah dihasilkan, sehingga dapat membantu menjangkau segmen pasar yang lebih luas. / Curug Sangereng Village is the only village among the five sub-districts located in Kelapa Dua sub-district, Tangerang district and is included in the Legok sub- district area, Legok Regency has experienced expansion so that Curug Sangereng Village is included in the Pagedangan sub-district. This Community Service program focuses on the Food and Beverage business which aims to introduce dishes from Japan and Korea, namely Sushi and Gimbab so that the people in Curug Village know and know how to make dishes from other countries but with ingredients that are easily accessible to the people in the Village. Curug, as well as conducting training for PKK women in Curug Sangereng Village to be able to use social media as a means for them to be able to carry out promotional activities for the products that have been produced, so that they can help reach a wider market segment.
