Abstract

Seminar hasil dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan program studi, dengan tujuan membagikan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh tim peneliti selama beberapa bulan. Seminar hasil juga dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan kritik dan saran dari para penguji yang mengikuti seminar hasil. Hasil yang peneliti seminarkan adalah berupa penelitian produk mengenai tepung mocaf sebagai substitusi tepung terigu dalam pembuatan bolu kukus, brownies, dan Loukoumades. Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode organoleptic test dan mutu hedonik dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Setelah melakukan penelitian diikuti dengan seminar hasil, peneliti mendapatkan rekomendasi dari reviewers untuk memperbaiki format dari penelitian, mencantumkan sampling teknik dalam penelitian, merevisi gambar dan tabel dan diolah dengan mandiri, merevisi kerangka berpikir, mencantumkan hasil dari setiap percobaan, menggunakan mendeley sebagai alat sitasi, dan mencantumkan berita acara untuk hasil laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kata kunci: seminar hasil, metode penelitian, teknik analisis, rekomendasi reviewer / The results seminar was held as one of the graduation requirements for the study program, with the aim of sharing the results of research that had been carried out by the research team for several months. The results seminar was also held to get criticism and suggestions from the reviewers who attended the results seminar. The results that the researchers delivered were in the form of product research regarding mocaf flour as a substitute for wheat flour in the making of steamed sponge cake, brownies, and Loukoumades. The method that the researchers used in the study was the organoleptic test method and hedonic quality with quantitative and descriptive analysis techniques. After conducting the research followed by a results seminar, the researcher obtained recommendations from reviewers to improve the format of the research, added sampling techniques in the research, revised the figures and tables and processed them independently, revised the framework, added the results of each experiment, used Mendeley as a citation tool, and added berita acara for the results of community service reports.
