Abstract

Desa Wisata Bantaragung berlokasi di Sindangwangi, Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat dengan luas wilayah 42,72km2. Desa Wisata Bantaragung berjarak 24 km dari pemerintahan Kabupaten Majalengka dan 51 km dari Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat. Beberapa warga Desa Bantaragung sudah memanfaatkan sumber daya alam Desa Wisata Bantaragung menjadi home industrisuatu produk seperti keripik pisang, emping melinjo, rempeyek, cucur, dan rengginang beras ketan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Desa Wisata Bantaragung adalah biji nangka yang selama ini ada tetapi tidak pernah diolah oleh Ibu - ibu PKK sehingga menjadi limbah, dan kurangnya pengetahuan cara promosi di sosial media Ibu - ibu PKK, sehingga solusi yang diberikan adalah memperkenalkan produk yang memanfaatkan biji nangka sebagai diversifikasi pangan, memberikan materi penjelasan mengenai pemanfaatan biji nangka untuk ide bekal usaha, memberikan pelatihan pembuatan produk untuk memanfaatkan biji nangka, dan membantu mempromosikan destinasi wisata melalui media sosial. Persiapan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan perjanjian dengan Kepala Desa Wisata Bantaragung, mempersiapkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan, membuat kartu resep, mempersiapkan alat dan bahan, dan mempersiapkan buah tangan untuk peserta. Jalannya kegiatan PkM sangat baik dan lancar sehingga membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan./Bantaragung Tourism Village is located in Sindangwangi, Majalengka Regency, West Java on 42.72 km2 area. Bantaragung Tourism Village has a distance of 24 km from the Majalengka Regency government and 51 km away from West Java International Airport. Several residents have utilized natural resources of Bantaragung Tourism Village into a home industry products such as banana chips, melinjo chips, peanut brittle, cucur, and rengginang. Encountered problems of this industry are jackfruit seeds have existed but never been processed by Family Welfare Program (PKK) so they only become waste. This condition was added by the lack of knowledge on how PKK members promote in social media. Based on those problems, theconvenient solutions are to introduce jackfruit seeds as food diversification, provide explanatory material on utilizing jackfruit seeds for business ideas, conduct training on making products of jackfruit seeds utilization and help to promote it as a tourism destination through social media. Therefore, the preparations to realize them were making an agreement with the Head of Bantaragung Tourism Village, preparing the required documents, making recipe cards, providing tools and materials, and setting up some souvenirs for participants. The implementation of PKM was propitious and expeditious so there outcome in pleasant results.
