Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan industri baja ringan yang berlokasi di Bekasi, Jawa Barat. PT XYZ memproduksi plat genteng, canal, reng dan spandek dengan aneka warna dan ukuran. PT XYZ telah berdiri sejak tahun 2013. Meski sudah hampir 10 tahun berdiri, semua proses bisnis yang dilakukan di PT XYZ masih manual dan belum menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi. Sistem yang masih manual menimbulkan banyak masalah seperti kesalahan data, waktu kerja yang lama, data yang tercecer dan lainnya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning berbasis Odoo 14. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall yang terdiri dari menganalisa proses bisnis sistem saat ini, membuat proses bisnis usulan, desain master data, perancangan sistem Odoo 14, training, blackbox testing, analisa perbandingan waktu sebelum dan sesudah implementasi serta melakukan evaluasi menggunakan DeLone and McLean IS Success Model. Hasil evaluasi menurut 6 pengguna di PT XYZ didapatkan nilai 25,7 skala 30 yaitu sangat bermanfaat dan perusahaan menyatakan akan menerapkan sistem yang dirancang. / PT XYZ is a light steel industrial company located in Bekasi, West Java. PT XYZ produces tile plates, canals, battens and spandek with various colors and sizes. PT XYZ has been established since 2013. Even though it has been established for almost 10 years, all business processes carried out at PT XYZ are still manual and do not use an integrated system. Systems that are still manual cause many problems such as data errors, long working hours, scattered data and others. To solve these problems, the design and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system based on Odoo 14 is carried out. The design method used is the waterfall which consists of analyzing the current system business processes, making proposed business processes, master data design, Odoo 14 system design, training, blackbox testing, comparative analysis of time before and after implementation and evaluation using the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model. Evaluation results according to 6 users at PT XYZ obtained a value of 25.7 on a scale of 30 which is very useful and the company stated that it would implement the designed system.
