Abstract

ABSTRAK Oatmeal merupakan salah satu makanan sehat dan makan yang bisa bantu orang orang menjalankan program diet. Banyak sekali manfaat oatmeal buat kita, oatmeal dapat menurunkan gula darah, kaya akan serat yang mudah larut, menurunkan kadar kolesterol, kaya akan gizi, tinggi akan antioksidan, menjaga kesehatan pencernaan, menurunkan resiko kanker usus besar, dan mengontrol berat badan. Harapan penulis dengan adanya buku resep yang kami buat bisa memotivasi masyarakat untuk menjaga kesehatannya dan makan yang lebih bergizi lagi dan membuat orang yang tadinya tidak suka oatmeal menjadi lebih suka oatmeal dikarenakan makan makan yang ada di buku resep ini walu memakai oatmeal tapi tidak berasa ada oatmealnya dan tetep seperti makanan biasa pada umumnya./ABSTRACT Oatmeal is a wholesome and filling item that can support a diet plan. Oatmeal has a wide range of health benefits for humans, including lowering blood sugar, being high in soluble fiber, lowering cholesterol, being high in minerals and antioxidants, maintaining digestive health, lowering the risk of colon cancer, and managing weight. We hope that the recipe book we created will inspire people to take better care of their health and eat more nutrient-dense food. We also hope that eating the foods in this recipe book, which contain oatmeal but don't taste like oatmeal, will make people who previously didn't like oatmeal prefer oatmeal. and continue to enjoy regular eating in gene
