Abstract

Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh bank-bank di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh bank dengan berbagai strategi promosi tersebut salah satunya adalah Bank Mega dimana ia telah mengadakan Mega Travel Fair yang sebelumnya sudah tertunda akibat pandemi dan pada tahun 2022 ia melakukan kembali event tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif komparatif sehingga pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui data primer yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi responden yang mengerti mengenai situasi komunikasi pariwisata khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak dari Bank Mega dan juga peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada responden yaitu orang yang sudah membeli produk di Mega Travel Fair (salah satu bentuk promosi dimana ia bekerja sama dengan Antavaya)
