Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh food quality, physical enviroment dan price fairness terhadap customer satisfaction atas restoran korea di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dijalankan karena rendahnya kunjungan masyarakat untuk datang ke restoran Korea yang menunjukkan rendahnya kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan hypothesis testing yang bersifat kausal. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 113 konsumen dari restoran Korea di Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa food quality, price fairness, dan physical environment memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction dengan besar persentase yaitu 88.6% dan 11.4% merupakan sisa dari faktor yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan bisa menggunakan meneliti dengan variabel lainnya, dengan jumlah sampel serta responden yang lebih banyak sehingga akan mendpaatkan temuan temuan yang berbeda./ This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, physical environment and price fairness on customer satisfaction for Korean restaurants in Jakarta. This research was carried out because of the low number of people visiting Korean restaurants which shows low customer satisfaction. This research was carried out using a quantitative method with a causal hypothesis testing approach. The respondents of this study were 113 consumers from Korean restaurants in Jakarta. The analysis tool used is SMARTPLS. The results showed that food quality, price fairness, and the physical environment had an influence on customer satisfaction with a large percentage of 88.6% and 11.4% which was the rest of the factors not examined. It is recommended that further research be able to use research with other variables, with a larger number of samples and respondents so that different findings will be obtained.
