Abstract

Industri pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang tumbuh cepat di Indonesia, dengan pertumbuhan yang pesat ini, pemerintah menjadikan sektor pariwisata menjadi penghasilan devisa nomor satu dan menjadi sumber pendapatan negara. Salah satu sektor industri pariwisata merupakan jasa penyedia makanan dan minuman. Industri penyedia makan dan minum di Indonesia masih dalam masa pemulihan tetapi mempunyai banyak potensi untuk menjadi pasar yang sangat kompetitif di Indonesia. Salah satu usaha yang dibuat dari hasil pasar kompetitif ini adalah restoran Seporsi Mie Kari yang terletak di Alam Sutera. produk pada restoran Seporsi Mie Kari tidak sesuai ekspektasi dan juga ada beberapa ketidakpuasan konsumen sehingga peneliti bermotivasi dalam menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat pembelian kembali restoran Seporsi Mie Kari. Kegiatan seminar hasil tersebut berjalan dengan lancar dan peneliti mempresentasikan hasil penelitiannya dengan baik kepada seluruh peserta dalam waktu 10 menit. pemateri berhasil menyampaikan semua isi dan hasil penelitiannya kepada peserta. Selain itu, seminar hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat pembelian kembali konsumen dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan merupakan bentuk kuesioner yang berbentuk Google Forms. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisa data yang didapatkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian kembali di restoran Seporsi Mie Kari. Peneliti menyarankan untuk bisa meningkatkan kualitas produk dan juga kepuasan konsumen agar dapat meningkatkan daya minat pembelian kembali di restoran Seporsi Mie Kari./The tourism industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in Indonesia, with this rapid growth, the government has made the tourism sector the number one foreign exchange earner and a source of state revenue. One sector of the tourism industry is a service provider of food and beverages. The food and beverage industry in Indonesia is still recovering but has a lot of potential to become a highly competitive market in Indonesia. One of the businesses created from the results of this competitive market is the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant located in Alam Sutera. the products at the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant did not meet expectations and there were also some consumer dissatisfaction so that the researchers were motivated in analyzing the effect of product quality and consumer satisfaction on repurchasing intentions of the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant. The results seminar activities ran smoothly and the researchers presented their research results well to all participants within 10 minutes. the presenter succeeded in conveying all the contents and results of his research to the participants. In addition, the seminar on the results of this research also provides knowledge about the effect of product quality and consumer satisfaction on consumer repurchase intention using non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method that researchers use is a questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that product quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions at the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant. Researchers suggest to be able to improve product quality and also consumer satisfaction in order to increase the interest in repurchase intention at the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant
