Abstract

Rice bowl dengan Cita Rasa khas Pulau Jawa adalah modifikasi menu makanan khas pulau Jawa untuk mengikuti tren pasar yang ada. Tren yang kami ambil disini adalah rice bowl yang merupakan makanan yang easy to go dan dapat disantap dimana saja. Rice bowl sendiri adalah makanan yang dipacking di dalam bowl atau mangkuk. Menurut kami, dengan mengkombinasikan kedua hal tersebut dapat membuat hasil yang unik dan menarik. Dengan demikian, kami berharap dengan kombinasi beberapa masakan yang ada di pulau Jawa dengan rice bowl dapat menyadarkan masyarakat Indonesia tentang budaya dan kuliner Jawa yang unik dan menarik. Dan juga, kami berharap dengan hadirnya resep masakan ini dapat mematahkan stigma yang ada di masyarakat Indonesia, bahwa makanan-makanan lokal itu rumit dan susah untuk disantap dimana saja. / Rice bowl with a taste of Javanese is a modification of the Javanese food menu to follow existing market trends. The trend that we are taking here is Rice Bowl which is a food that is easy to go and can be eaten anywhere. Rice bowl itself is food that is packaged in a bowl. In our opinion, combining these two things can create unique and interesting results. Thus, we hope that the combination of several dishes on the island of Java with rice bowls can make Indonesian people aware of the unique and interesting Javanese culture and cuisine. Also, we hope that the presence of this recipe can break the stigma that exists in Indonesian society, that local foods are complicated and difficult to eat anywhere.
