Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pada organisasi non profit seperti gereja sangat dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pencarian dan penyimpanan data gereja. GKI Perumnas Tangerang memerlukan sistem ini dikarenakan pencatatan dan penyimpanan data yang dilakukan saat ini masih secara manual, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti pengelolaan data yang lambat serta ada kesalahan dalam mencatat informasi. Oleh karena itu, pihak gereja memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat mengintegrasikan data agar dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik serta meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan penyimpanan data gereja. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode prototyping. Pemodelan digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Selain itu, pembangunan website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter 3 dan MariaDB untuk Database Management System (DBMS). Sistem yang telah dikembangkan dapat diakses melalui internet sehingga memudahkan pihak gereja dan jemaat dalam mengelola data gereja atau melihat informasi kegiatan gereja. Dengan fitur peminjaman ruangan secara online, sistem ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi proses peminjaman ruangan gereja. Laporan yang dihasilkan sistem juga membantu pemimpin gereja dalam meningkatkan tata kelola gereja./Applying management information systems in non-profit organizations such as churches is necessary to search and store church data. GKI Perumnas Tangerang requires this system because currently data is still saved and stored manually, which can lead to problems such as slow data management and errors in saving information. Therefore, the church needs a web-based information system that can integrate data so that it can be properly documented and minimize errors in the recording and storage of church data. System development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology with the prototyping method. System development modelling used in this final project are use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. Furthermore, website development uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 and MariaDB framework for the Database Management System (DBMS). The system that was developed can be accessed through the Internet, which allows churches and congregations to more easily manage church data or view information on church activities. Through the online booking room feature, this system has increased the efficiency of the church room booking process. The reports produced by the system also help church officials to improve church governance.
