Abstract

Uroflowmetry is one of the measurement tools used to analyze a disease, so this tool is important. Several studies have developed from conventional to acoustic uroflowmetry, but no studies have used a shotgun microphone recording device to take an initial model and use a smartphone microphone. This is important because shotgun microphones are capable of picking up more frequencies and data levels than using smartphone microphones. By recording more data, you can avoid losing important data for analysis. The data that has been recorded will go through a noise removal process in the form of removing the begining and end sounds which are not the sound of flowing urine and the sound of a room buzzing. Analysis of the sound of urine flow was carried out using spectral and temporal parameters. Then the results of the analysis will be compared with comparative data taken from conventional uroflowmetry. Algorithms have been made for the automation of spectral and temporal analysis in this research. Research can be said to be successful because it is able to issue primary data. Primary data can be analyzed spectrally and temporally. In addition, the results of the analysis can be compared with conventional uroflowmetry. / Uroflowmetri merupakan salah satu alat ukur yang digunakan untuk menganalisis suatu penyakit, sehingga alat ini penting. Beberapa penelitian sudah melakukan pengembangan dari uroflowmetri konvensional ke akustik, namun belum ada penelitian yang menggunakan alat perekaman mikrofon shotgun untuk mengambil model awal dan menggunakan mikrofon ponsel pintar. Hal ini penting karena mikrofon shotgun mampu mengambil frekuensi dan level data lebih banyak dibandingkan menggunakan mikrofon ponsel pintar. Dengan merekam data lebih banyak, dapat menghindari hilangnya data penting untuk analisis. Data yang sudah direkam akan melalui proses penghilangan noise berupa penghilangan bunyi awal dan akhir yang bukan merupakan bunyi aliran urine dan bunyi dengung ruangan. Analisis bunyi aliran urine dilakukan menggunakan parameter spektral dan temporal. Kemudian hasil analisis akan dibandingkan dengan data pembanding yang diambil dari uroflowmetri konvensional. Telah dibuat algoritma untuk otomatisasi analisis spektral dan temporal yang dikerjakan pada penelitian. Penelitian dapat dikatakan berhasil karena mampu mengeluarkan data primer. Data primer dapat dianalisis secara spektral dan temporal. Selain itu, hasil analisis dapat dibandingkan dengan uroflowmetri konvensional.
