Abstract

Stock price is one of the most crucial factor that has to be considered in order to invest into stocks. Stock price is also one of an indicator that show the performance of a company. There is no specific formula to calculate the stock price exactly. Therefore, stock price will be a very interesting variable in this research since that the value is hard to be predicted. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Earnings Per Share toward Stock Price. The population for this research is consumer goods industries companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2018 to 2021. Based on purposive sampling method, the total sample obtained are 32 companies after selecting process sample over 71 companies. The result of this research indicates that current ratio has a significant effect on stock price, net profit margin has a significant effect to stock price and earnings per share has a significant effect to stock price. / Harga saham merupakan faktor yang krusial dan penting yang harus diperhatikan apabila ingin melakukan investasi di pasar modal. Harga saham juga merupakan salah satu faktor yang mencerminkan kinerja suatu perusahaan. Tidak terdapat rumus khusus untuk menghitung harga saham secara pasti. Oleh karena itu, harga saham sangatlah menarik sebagai variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini karena sifatnya yang cenderung sulit untuk diprediksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang tedaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2021. Dengan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 32 perusahaan dan setelah dilakukan pemilihan sampel mengakuisisi 71 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio lancar memiliki efek signifikan terhadap harga saham, margin laba bersih memiliki efek signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan laba per saham memiliki efek signifikan terhadap harga saham.
