Abstract

PT Ban Asia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur, sehingga diperlukan banyak mesin dalam menunjang aktivitas produksinya secara massal atau dalam jumlah besar. Semakin banyak mesin yang digunakan maka aktivitas maintenance juga akan menjadi tinggi untuk menjaga mesin agar selalu dalam performa terbaiknya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan ketersediaan sukucadang atau sparepart mesin untuk memperlancar kegiatan maintenance. Namun pada saat ini proses permintaan pengadaan barang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan dokumen hardcopy yang dicetak, sehingga menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan seperti dokumentasi berpotensi terselip atau hilang, double permintaan barang, dan user kesulitan dalam mencari kode barang yang sudah terdaftar di gudang sparepart. Oleh sebab itu, maka dibuatlah sistem e-purchase requisition ini yang bertujuan mampu menghilangkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini. Sistem e-purchase requisition ini dibuat berbasis web yang diprogram dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan server jaringan lokal menggunakan xampp serta penyimpanan database menggunakan PhpMyAdmin. Terdapat dua jenis akses yang tersedia dalam sistem ini, yaitu akses admin untuk verifikator team gudang sparepart dan akses user untuk team maintenance. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan hasil simulasi dari 10 akun yang dijalankan secara bersamaan, didapatkan hasil rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan sistem dalam menampilkan informasi pada halaman yang akan ditampilkan adalah 2,2 detik dengan waktu respon tercepat dari sistem dalam menampilkan suatu halaman adalah 0,004 detik dan waktu respon terlamanya adalah 30,7 detik. Persentase error yang terjadi pada sistem sebesar 2,7%. Jumlah request yang dapat diproses dalam satu menit dari sisi admin adalah sebanyak 56 request. Kecepatan unduh data dari database ke halaman interface adalah sebesar 3281,9 kbps, dan kecepatan unggah sebesar 16,3 kbps / PT Ban Asia is one of companies engaged in the manufacturing sector, where so many machines are needed to support its production activities in bulk or in large quantities. The more machines used, the higher the maintenance activity will be to keep the machines at their best performance. Therefore, it is necessary to have the availability of spare parts or machine parts to facilitate maintenance activities. However, at this time the process of procuring goods is still done manually with printed hardcopy documents, so this raises several problems such as potentially lost or lost documentation, duplicate requests for goods, and users having difficulty finding item codes that have been registered at the spare parts warehouse. Therefore, this e-purchase requisition system was created which aims to be able to eliminate the problems that occur at this time. This e-purchase requisition system is made web-based which is programmed in the PHP programming language and a local server network using Xampp and database storage using PhpMyAdmin. There are two types of access available in this system, namely admin access for the spare parts warehouse verifier team and user access for the maintenance team. Based on the results of the design and testing that has been carried out with the simulation results of 10 accounts that are run simultaneously, the result show that the average time needed by the system to display information on the page to be displayed is 2.2 seconds with the fastest response time of the system displaying a page is 0.004 seconds and the longest response time is 30.7 second. The percentage of errors that occur in the system is 2.7%. The number of requests that can be processed in one minute from the admin side is 56 requests. The data download speed from the database to the interface page is 3281.9 kbps, and the upload speed is 16.3 kbps.
