Abstract

This research has two objectives. The first goal is to find out the implementation of anti-corruption education as a non-penal crime policy effort. The second goal is to find out the beneficial impact of implementing anti-corruption education in the school and college curriculum. This research uses empirical normative research methods. In knowing about the implementation of anti-corruption education in the curriculum of schools and tertiary institutions. This data collection method uses laws, journals, books, and internet articles. The data was analyzed using a qualitative method to answer the problems being analyzed. The results of this research are anti-corruption education as a non-penal effort in preventing corruption. In the corruption crime policy, there are 2 policies, namely: first, the penal policy, the penal policy is a policy which has legal sanctions against those who commit the corruption. The two non-penal policies, non-penal policies are policies which do not have legal sanctions because non-penalties prevent corruption before the criminal act of corruption occurs. Anti-corruption education is a non-penal policy, the objective of non-penal policy efforts is to have ways of preventing all types of corruption. Prevention is done in order to make people's lives clean. Anti-corruption education can be viewed from the forms, values and principles of anti-corruption. Anti-corruption education must be implemented in the school curriculum and lectures. This is very necessary to instill anti-corruption values and principles in future students and students. When anti-corruption education is implemented, there will be a big impact on this implementation. These impacts can be in the form of honesty, responsibility, discipline, etc. With this impact, we can prevent criminal acts of corruption from occurring and can create a clean community environment from these crimes. / Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Tujuan pertama yaitu Untuk mengetahui implemantasi pendidikan anti korupsi sebagai upaya kebijakan kriminal non penal, Tujuan kedua yaitu Untuk mengetahui dampak manfaat dari diterapkannya pendidikan anti korupsi dikurikulum sekolah dan perguruan tinggi Penelitian ini mengunakan metode peneltian normatif empiris. Dalam mengetahui tentang pelaksanaan Pendidikan anti korupsi di kurikulum sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data ini mengunakan Undang-Undang, jurnal, buku, dan artikel internet. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan metode Kualitatif untuk menjawab masalah yang dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendidikan Anti korupsi sebagai upaya Non penal dalam mencegah tindak pidana korupsi. Dalam kebijakan tindak pidana korupsi terdapat 2 kebijakan yaitu: pertama kebijakan penal, kebijakan penal merupakan kebijakan dimana memiliki sanksi hukum terhadap orang yang melakukan korupsi tersebut. Kedua kebijakan Non penal, kebijakan Non penal merupakan sebuah kebijakan yang dimana tidak memiliki sanksi hukum dikarenakan Non penal mencegah sebelum terjadi nya tindak pidan korupsi tersebut dilakukan. Pendidikan Anti korupsi adalah kebijakan Non penal, tujuan upaya kebijakan Non penal memiliki cara-cara pencegahan terhadap segala jenis-jenis korupsi. Pencegahan tersebut dilakukan agar dapat membuat kehidupan masyarakat yang bersih. Pendidikan Anti korupsi tersebut dapat ditinjau dari bentuk-bentuk, nilai, dan prinsip Anti korupsi. Pendidikan Anti korupsi harus diterapkan dalam kurikulum sekolah dan perkuliahan. Hal tersebut sangat diperlukan untuk menanamkan nilai dan prinsip Anti korupsi dimurid dan mahasiswa yang akan datang. Dalam di terapkan Pendidikan Anti korupsi akan terlihat dampak besar terhadap penerapan tersebut. Dampak tersebut dapat berupa Kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, dll. Dengan adanya dampak tersebut kita dapat mencegah terjadi tindak pidana korupsi dan dapat membuat lingkungan masyarakat yang bersih dari kejahatan tersebut.
