Abstract

Produktivitas suatu perusahaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap kemajuan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Produktivitas memiliki kaitan langsung dengan tingkat kapasitas atau kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Ketersediaan bahan baku material serta kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam pendistribusiannya merupakan hal yang wajib diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tersebut. Salah satu perusahaan manufaktur ban terbesar, memiliki beberapa line production yang didukung oleh sebelas gudang bahan baku material. Setiap ARM memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab terhadap kategori bahan baku material yang berbeda-beda pula. Berikut adalah rincian gudang bahan baku material berdasarkan kategori materialnya. Dengan adanya sebelas area gudang tersebut, tentunya juga harus didukung dengan alat transportasi pengangkut yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat mencatat waktu keberangkatan dan kedatangan truk ketika beroperasi dalam mengirim material ke produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pencatatan waktu dengan bantuan aplikasi berbasis Android yang telah dibuat dengan melakukan scanning QR-Code ketika truk datang atau meninggalkan area gudang menuju ke produksi. Evaluasi proses scan dilakukan pada empat kondisi pencahayaan yang berbeda. Proses scan dapat dilakukan dengan waktu yang lebih cepat apabila kondisi pencahayaan (lux) yang tinggi. Rata-rata waktu yang diperoleh dari pengujian ini adalah 624 ms, jadi proses scan dapat dikatakan berhasil karena dapat dilakukan dalam waktu rata-rata kurang dari 1 detik./The productivity of a company has a very important role in the progress and development of the company. Productivity has a direct relationship with the level of capacity or the company's ability to meet customer demand. Availability of raw materials as well as speed and accuracy in their distribution is something that must be considered to increase productivity. One of the largest tire manufacturing companies, has several production lines supported by eleven raw material warehouses. Each ARM has different duties and responsibilities for different categories of raw materials. The following is a breakdown of the raw material warehouse based on the material category. With the existence of these eleven warehouse areas, of course, they must also be supported by adequate means of transportation. This study aims to create an application that can record the departure and arrival times of trucks when operating in sending materials to production. The method used is time recording with the help of an Android-based application that has been created by scanning a QR-Code when trucks arrive or leave the warehouse area to go to production. Evaluation of the scan process was carried out in four different lighting conditions. The scan process can be done in a shorter time if the lighting conditions (lux) are high. The average time obtained from this test is 624 ms, so the scan process can be claimed to be successful because it can be done in an average time of less than 1 second.
