Abstract

Motion detection sensors are a component that is used to build surveillance systems. One of the uses of surveillance is environmental protection, for example houses. In order to get the surveillance effective, movement notification needs to be added to the system. Therefore, a movement notification system is needed.movement notification is a system that can provide information to the user if a movement occurs in a location. The result of the system on the research using sensor RCWL-0516 based on NODEMCU ESP8266. This system can send a notification through the Internet to the Telegram app if a movement is detected on the perimeter. The test result on the device shows that the system acts as expected. / Sensor deteksi gerak merupakan salah satu komponen dalam membangun sistem surveillance. Salah satu penerapan surveillance adalah pada pengamanan lingkungan misalnya rumah. Supaya surveillance dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif, fitur movement notification perlu ditambahkan pada sistem tersebut. Movement notification merupakan sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi pada pengguna jika terjadi pergerakan pada suatu lokasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan sensor RCWL-0516 berbasis NODEMCU ESP8266. Sistem ini dapat mengirimkan notifikasi melalui Internet ke aplikasi Telegram jika terdeteksi gerakan pada perimeter. Hasil pengujian pada perangkat menunjukan bahwa sistem berfungsi sebagaimana yang diharapkan.
