Abstract
Hukum mengatur aspek kehidupan dalam budaya, masyarakat, politik, ekonomi, dan lain-lain, sehingga menciptakan sinergi untuk semua kehidupan sosial yang baik. Manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang berarti akan selalu ada interaksi antara individu yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, agar hukum dapat ditegakkan dengan baik, adanya KUHPerdata yang merupakan bagian dari hukum tertulis yang mengatur berjalannya suatu keadilan di Indonesia.
