Abstract

Setelah dua tahun belajar di rumah, muncul fenomena di mana ketika siswa belajar dan berinteraksi kembali di sekolah, mereka belum memiliki kemampuan sikap sosial, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan sikap sosial, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas 2 SD dengan menggunakan metode belajar kooperatif STAD. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari 1-19 November 2022. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa di masing-masing kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental semu atau quasy experimental design dengan static group pretest-posttest design. Instrument yang digunakan adalah rubrik yang telah dilakukan validasi dengan menggunakan judgment expert dan reliabilitas. Uji nilai n-gain dilakukan untuk mengetahu perbedaan dua kelas penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Mann Whitney. Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis variabel sikap sosial menunjukkan hasil Asymp Sig (2-tailed) = 0,001; efikasi diri = 0,000; dan motivasi belajar = 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan nilai sikap sosial, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa yang berada pada kelas kontrol dan siswa yang berada pada kelas eksperimen. Selain itu, dari nilai n-gain yang didapat juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai sikap sosial, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa yang ada di kelas eksperimen. / After 2 years of learning from home, there is a phenomenon appear which causes students don’t have good social skill, self-efficacy and learning motivation when they come back to school. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of social attitude, self-efficacy and learning motivation of Elementarty 2 students by using STAD cooperative learning method. This research is started 1-19 November 2022. The subject of this research was taken around 25 students from both class. The method that is used in this research is quantitative research using quasy experimental design with pretetst-posttest design. Rubrics are used as the instruments which validated by judgment experts and has been through reliability tested. N-gain tested is used to determine the difference of two classes by using Mann Whitney. The results show that the value of Asymp Sig (2-tailed) is 0,001 for social attitude; 0,000 for self-efficacy; and 0,000 for learning motivation. From the result we conclude that there are differences of social attitude, self-efficacy and learning motivation score between control group class and experimental group class. In addition, the value of n-gain also determines that there is an improvement of social attitude, self-efficacy and learning motivation score in experimental group class.
