Abstract

In the era of the industrial 4.0, education and learning require students to improve their critical and creative thinking skills. One of the ongoing learning methods is Project-Based Learning. Project-Based Learning is expected to build the character of students because it is predicted to provide learning opportunities through matters relating to themselves and the surrounding environment. By starting to use the Project-Based Learning method, assessments can be made not only from the teacher or facilitator in each school. However, all members of the community within the school environment can also provide feedback regarding the project being designed. The participants of this study are Students, Facilittaor and the learder of program Project-based learning methods can adopt 360 feedback which aims to increase awareness of the strengths or weaknesses of feedback recipients and encourage students to improve critical thinking skills in line with the goals of the Revolutionary Era 4.0. This evaluation study using he CIPP method which is an acronym for Context, Input, Process, and Product. By involving fifteen students, one the leader of the program and for facilitators. Descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches are used to mutually support the evaluation results, with data collection techniques of questionnaires, interviews, observations. The purpose of this study is to describe the input of the 360 Degree Feedback program at SMA X, explain the implementation process and describe the product or results of the program. / Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek diharapkan dapat membangun karakter peserta didik karena diprediksi akan memberi kesempatan belajar melalui hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan dirinya maupun lingkungan sekitar. Dengan mulainya menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, penilaian bisa dilakukan tidak hanya dari Guru Ataupun Fasilitator di sekolah masing-masing. Namun, semua masyarakat yang berada dalam lingkungan sekolah juga bisa memberikan umpan balik terkait proyek yang sedang dirancang. Metode Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat mengadopsi umpan balik 360 yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pada hal kekuatan atau kelemahan pada penerima umpan balik serta mendorong peserta didik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang selaras dengan tujuan Era Revolusi 4.0. Studi evaluasi ini menggunakan metode CIPP yang merupakan akronim dari Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Dengan melibatkan lima belas peserta didik, satu ketua program dan empat fasilittaor. Pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk saling mendukung hasil evaluasi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, observasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menguraikan masukan program Umpan Balik 360 Derajat di SMA X, Menjelaskan proses implementasinya serta menguraikan produk atau hasil program tersebut
