Abstract

Pekerjaan Pile Loading Test adalah suatu metode yang digunakan dalam pemeriksaan terhadap sejumlah beban yang dapat didukung oleh suatu struktur pondasi. Pile Loading Test diperlukan untuk membuktikan akurasi perhitungan desain kapasitas daya dukung tiang di lapangan di mana pengujian tersebut dapat dilakukan setidaknya menggunakan dua metode yaitu uji pembebanan aksial tekan (SLT) dan uji pembebanan dinamik (PDA). Metode uji pembebanan aksial tekan dapat dilakukan dengan cara antara lain: Metode Reaction Pile, Metode Beban Mati (Kentledge), dan Metode Beban dengan Cell 2 Arah. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Terminal Kijing direncanakan pengujian SLT untuk Tiang Pancang Beton Dia. 1000 mm di area laut menggunakan metode Reaction Pile dengan beban rencana 860 Ton. Pada umumnya di berbagai proyek metode ini dilakukan dengan konfigurasi Crossing Beam dimana main beam dan secondary beam dipasang secara bersilangan yang ditopang di atas tiang pancang reaction. Apabila konfigurasi tersebut diaplikasikan di proyek dengan melihat kondisi lokasi titik pengujian maka dibutuhkan titik pancang tambahan (unused pile) sebagai Reaction Pile sehingga akan menambah waktu dan biaya. Oleh karena itu perlu penelitian dengan mengerjakan SLT metode Reaction Pile mengunakan konfigurasi Center Beam dimana main beam dan secondary beam dipasang secara sejajar yang di topang di atas tiang pancang reaction. Metode pengujian SLT dengan 2 (dua) konfigurasi tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan dibandingkan dari segi biaya dan waktu. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan biaya pekerjaan untuk konfigurasi Crossing Beam sebesar Rp 2,644,240,07 5.14, sedangkan konfigurasi Center Beam sebesar Rp 1,341,224,702.50 sehingga didapatkan efisiensi biaya sebesar Rp 1,303,015,372.64. Dari segi mutu kedua metode akan menghasilkan kualitas yang sama selama pelaksanaan SLT dilakukan sesuai standart ASTM D1143-07. Dari segi waktu pelaksanaan dengan konfigurasi Crossing Beam membutuhkan waktu selama 33 hari, sedangkan konfigurasi Center Beam diperlukan waktu selama 17 hari sehingga didapatkan efektifitas waktu pelaksanaan selama 16 hari. / Pile Loading Test work is a method used in checking the number of loads that can be supported by a foundation structure. Pile Loading Test is needed to prove the accuracy of the design calculation of the pile bearing capacity in the field where the test can be carried out using at least two methods, namely the axial compression load test (SLT) and the dynamic loading test (PDA). The axial compression test method can be carried out in the following ways: Reaction Pile Method, Dead Load Method (Kentledge), and Load Method with 2 Way Cells. In the Kijing Terminal Development Project, SLT testing is planned for Dia Concrete Piles. 1000 mm in the sea area using the Reaction Pile method with a design load of 860 Tons. In general, in various projects, this method is carried out with a Crossing Beam configuration where the main beam and secondary beam are installed crosswise and are supported on top of reaction piles. If the configuration is applied to the project by looking at the condition of the test point location, an additional unused pile is needed as a Reaction Pile so that it will increase time and cost. Therefore, the author conducted a study by doing SLT with the Reaction Pile method using the Center Beam configuration where the main beam and secondary beam are installed parallelly supported on the reaction pile. The SLT testing method with 2 (two) configurations is then analyzed and compared in terms of cost and time. From the results of the analysis, the work costs for the Crossing Beam configuration are Rp. 2,644,240,075.14, while the Center Beam configuration is Rp. 1,341,224,702.50 so the cost efficiency is Rp. 1,303,015,372.64. In terms of quality, both methods will produce the same quality as long as the SLT implementation is carried out according to the ASTM D1143-07 standard. In terms of execution time, the Crossing Beam configuration takes 33 days, while the Center Beam configuration takes 17 days so the effectiveness of the implementation time is 16 days.
