Abstract

Disiplin belajar merupakan sikap yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Dengan adanya disiplin belajar, proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) dapat terlaksana lebih efektif. Sikap disiplin belajar membuat setiap siswa dapat bertanggung jawab dalam berperilaku ketika proses KBM berlangsung. Namun pada kenyataanya para siswa SMA kelas X kurang dapat menunjukkan sikap disiplin belajar selama proses KBM berlangsung, akibatnya kelas menjadi kurang kondusif sehingga membuat tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai. Peneliti memutuskan untuk menggunakan konsekuensi perilaku untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah penerapan konsekuensi perilaku dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Pelton. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua kali penerapan tindakan dengan subjek yang diamati yaitu 18 siswa kelas X di SMA Kristen Makedonia Ngabang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah jurnal refleksi mengajar, lembar observasi skala Likert dan skala Guttman, wawancara guru mentor, angket siswa, dan RPP. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konsekuensi perilaku dapat meningkatan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X SMA Kristen Makedonia Ngabang dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat pada indikator 1, berdasarkan hasil observasi guru mentor menunjukkan peningkatan dari identifikasi masalah ke tindakan I yaitu sebesar 23% dan dari tindakan I ke tindakan II yaitu meningkat sebesar 2,5%. Sedangkan pada indikator 2 berdasarkan hasil observasi guru mentor menunjukkan peningkatan dari identifikasi masalah ke tindakan I yaitu sebesa23,4% dari tindakan I ke tindakan II yaitu meningkat sebesar 9,6%. Berdasarkan hasil observasi teman sejawat pada indikator 1 dari tindakan I ke tindakan II yaitu meningkat sebesar 7,5%. Sedangkan pada indikator 2 dari tindakan I ke tindakan II meningkat sebesar 2,3%./ Learning discipline is an attitude that the students must have. The learning process can be run effectively when the students have learning discipline. This attitude in learning makes each one of them can be responsible in behaving during the learning process. However, the fact was the grade X senior high school students cannot perform the learning discipline well, consequently, the classroom circumstances becoming not really conducive and makes the learning objectives did not achieved. The researcher decided to use behavioral consequences to improve students’ learning discipline. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to see whether the implementation of behavioral consequences can improve students learning discipline. The research method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) specifically Pelton model. The research conducted in two cycles of implementation with the subject observed were 18 students grade X at SMA Kristen Makedonia Ngabang. The instruments used in this research were reflection teaching journal, observation sheet that used Likert and Gutmann scale, teacher mentor interview sheet, students’ questionnaire, and lesson plans. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of behavioral consequences can improve students’ learning discipline of grade X students SMA Kristen Makedonia Ngabang in Economics class. In the first indicator, from the issue identification to the first cycle increased by 23% and from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 2,5%. Whereas, for the second indicator, from the issue identification to the first cycle increased by 23,4% and from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 9,6%. Moreover, based on peers’ observation, in the first indicator from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 7,5%, and in the second indicator from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 2,3%.
