Abstract

School is a formal educational institution designed to be a place of learning for students under the supervision of a teacher. Students are expected to get the best education from teachers who not only have high quality in science and technology, but also have good character. Good character is shown by the teacher through daily behavior so that it can be a role model not only for students but also for colleagues. Researchers here want to know how transformational leadership, organizational commitment and core-self evaluations affect organizational citizenship behavior in SDK XYZ East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach using the PLS-SEM method to analyze the effect of the path coefficient on the variables studied. Respondents to this study were all 67 teachers at SDK XYZ East Jakarta who filled out a survey using census data collection via the Google Forms application. The data obtained were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with the PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and core-self evaluations have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. / Sekolah adalah lembaga pendidikan formal yang dirancang untuk menjadi tempat pembelajaran bagi siswa di bawah pengawasan guru. Siswa diharapkan mendapatkan pendidikan terbaik dari guru yang tidak hanya memiliki kualitas tinggi dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang baik. Karakter yang baik ditunjukkan guru melalui perilaku sehari-hari sehingga dapat menjadi panutan tidak hanya bagi siswa tetapi juga bagi rekan kerja. Peneliti di sini ingin mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transformational, komitmen organisasi dan core-self evaluations mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior di SDK XYZ Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM untuk menganalisis pengaruh koefisien jalur terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Responden penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SDK XYZ Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 67 orang dengan mengisi survei menggunakan pendataan sensus melalui aplikasi google forms. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan aplikasi PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational, komitmen organisasi, dan core-self evaluations berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
