Abstract

Berpacaran merupakan salah satu tahap penting pada usia dewasa muda bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Beberapa pasangan yang menjalani hubungan romantis memilih untuk menjalankan hubungan jarak jauh karena adanya tuntutan yang harus mereka penuhi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mencari tau kepuasan berpacaran yang dijalankan oleh pasangan berpacaran jarak jauh yang dipengaruhi oleh kematangan emosi dewasa muda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 114 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS), dan Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS) yang keduanya telah diadaptasi kedalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil Uji Regresi dalam penelitian ini terdapat sebesar 48.4% pengaruh kematangan emosi terhadap kepuasan hubungan romantis. Kematangan emosi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan hubungan romantis pada dewasa awal yang sedang LDR. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya supaya melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa responden untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat./ Dating is one of the important stages in young adulthood for Indonesian people. Some dating couples choose to run a long-distance relationship because of the demands they have to meet. In this study, researche wanted to find out the dating satisfaction carried out by long-distance dating couples who are influenced by the emotional maturity of young adults. The sampling technique used are purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The number of samples is 114 people. Retrieval of data using the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) and the Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS), both of which have been adapted to Bahasa Indonesia. The results of the regression test in this study showed that there was a 48.8% effect of emotional maturity on romantic relationship satisfaction. Suggestions for future researchers to conduct interviews with several respondents to get more accurate results.
