Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Pengukuran variabel independen profitabilitas menggunakan rasio net profit margin, pengukuran variabel independen likuiditas dilakukan dengan current ratio, pengukuran variabel independen solvabilitas menggunakan debt to equity ratio, dan pengukuran variabel dependen kebijakan dividen menggunakan dividend payout ratio. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui S&P Capital Platform pada seluruh sector perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia kecuali sector keuangan selama periode 2019 – 2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 243 data yang terdiri dari 81 perusahaan. Teknik analisa data yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan solvabilitas berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. / This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on dividend policy. Profitability as independen variable is measured by net profit margin ratio, liquidity as independen variable is measured by current ratio, solvency as independen variable is measured by debt to equity ratio, and dividend policy as dependent variable is measured by dividend payout ratio. The research method applied in this research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained through the S&P Capital Platform for all company sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange except for the financial sector during the 2019 – 2021 period. The sample was carried out using the purposive sampling method with a total of 264 data, consisting of 88 companies. The data analysis technique applied in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS Statistics version 25. The results of this study state that profitability has no effect on dividend policy, liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, and solvency has a negatif and significant effect on dividend policy.
