Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Asset Tangibility terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 4 tahun beturut-turut dengan periode waktu 2018-2021. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat dalam BEI pada tahun 2018 – 2021. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 668 perusahaan dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis Korelasi, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji T dengan menggunakan software STATA versi 17.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Struktur Modal (DER) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (CFROA) dan Asset Tangibility berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (CFROA)./ The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Structure and Asset Tangibility on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 consecutive years with the period of 2018-2021. The data source for this research is secondary data that comes from the financial statements of companies that are included in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018 – 2021. The sample for this study was 668 companies with the method used, namely purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study used Descriptive Statistical Tests, Correlation Analysis, Classical Assumptions Tests and Hypotheses Tests with T-Test using STATA software version 17.0. The result of this study indicates that Capital Structure (DER) has a significant negative effect on Firm Financial Performance(CFROA) and Asset Tangibility has a significant negative effect on Firm Financial Performance (CFROA).
