Abstract

Tujuan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu variabel Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Konstitusional, Dewan Komisaris Independen dan variable Profitabilitas terhadap variable dependen Nilai Perusahaan Consumer Goods yang terdapat di bursa efek indonesia periode tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif untuk meneliti dan Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yakni pemelihan sampel dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling tersebut jumlah sampel terdiri dari 67 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan sistem aplikasi SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5% atau 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kepemilikan Institusional (KI) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Dewan Komisaris Independen (DKI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan./The purpose of this research is to determine examine the effect of the independent variables, namely Managerial Ownership, Constitutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners and Profitability on the dependent variable firm value of the consumer good companies for the period 2018–2021. This study is a quantitative and The sampling method used purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples with criteria which have been specified. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of samples consisted of 67 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical technique used in this study uses multiple linear analysis using the SPSS application system with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. The results of this study indicate that partially Return on Assets (ROA) and Independent Board of Commissioners has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership has no effect on firm value.
