Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus merupakan virus yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Salah satu pengobatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pemberian antiretroviral. Saat ini terdapat kebijakan pemerintah dalam pemberian antiretroviral secara Multi Month Dispensing (MMD) yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi frekuensi kunjungan pasien dalam pengambilan obat di klinik. Dalam implementasi kebijakan MMD diperlukan stok antiretroviral yang memadai bagi setiap pasien maupun stok buffer setiap layanan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kecukupan stok antiretroviral dengan adanya implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data sekunder dari Sistem Informasi HIV AIDS (SIHA) menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016. Ketersediaan stok ARV dihitung dengan cara membagi stock on hand ARV dengan stok konsumsi berdasarkan jumlah pasien dan stok buffer yang diperlukan. Interpretasi hasil disusun dengan membuat indeks berwarna berdasarkan kategori kecukupan stok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara nasional dengan pemberlakuan MMD dari 17 jenis obat diperoleh persentase tertinggi stok mencukupi yakni 15 jenis ARV pada bulan Maret, sembilan jenis ARV pada bulan Juni, dan 14 jenis ARV pada bulan September. Jumlah stock on hand dan jumlah pasien terbesar dimiliki oleh obat TDF(300)/3TC(300)/EFV(600) yakni sebesar 998.314 botol dan diperkirakan stok konsumsi tertinggi yang dibutuhkan dengan pemberlakuan MMD berkisar 321.724 botol./Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus that can cause a decrease in the immune system. One of the treatments is by administering antiretrovirals. At present there is a government policy in the provision of Multi Month Dispensing (MMD) antiretrovirals which aims to reduce the frequency of patient visits to collect drugs at the clinic. In implementing the MMD policy, adequate antiretroviral stocks are needed for each patient as well as buffer stocks for each service. Therefore this study aims to evaluate the adequacy of antiretroviral stocks with the implementation of this policy. The method used is secondary data processing from the HIV AIDS Information System (SIHA) using Microsoft Excel 2016. Availability of ARV stock is calculated by dividing ARV stock on hand by consumption stock based on the number of patients and the required buffer stock. The interpretation of the results is prepared by creating a colored index based on the stock adequacy category. The results showed that nationally with the implementation of MMD, of the 17 types of drugs, the highest percentage of sufficient stock was obtained, namely 15 types of ARVs in March, 9 types of ARVs in June, and 14 types of ARVs in September. The largest number of stock on hand and number of patients is owned by TDF(300)/3TC(300)/EFV(600) drugs, namely 998.314 bottles and it is estimated that the highest consumption stock needed with the implementation of MMD is around 321.724 bottles.
