Abstract

Data kumulatif ODHA yang dilaporkan hingga akhir tahun 2021 ditemukan sekitar 456.453 orang. Penanggulangan HIV/AIDS secara global mengikuti target Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS) yaitu target 95-95-95. Pada tahun 2020 pemerintah memperkenalkan penggunaan pengobatan kombinasi ARV TLD yang terdiri atas Tenofovir 300 mg, Lamivudine 300 mg, dan Dolutegravir 50 mg sebagai rejimen lini pertama pada pasien baru HIV/AIDS. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan kombinasi ARV TLD pada pasien baru HIV/AIDS dan mengetahui faktor penyebab pemberian kombinasi ARV TLD tidak dapat digunakan pada pasien baru HIV/AIDS yang memulai terapi ARV di RS Penyakit Infeksi Sulianti Saroso. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data rekapan register pra-ART dan register ART yang terdapat di dalam Sistem Informasi HIV/AIDS (SIHA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian gambaran penggunaan kombinasi ARV TLD di RS Penyakit Infeksi Sulianti Saroso kurang optimal (≤84%) dimana sebanyak 42 orang (48%) pasien baru HIV/AIDS yang menerima pengobatan ARV kombinasi TLD. Berdasarkan data demografi mayoritas pasien baru HIV/AIDS yang menggunakan kombinasi ARV TLD yaitu umur 25 – 49 tahun sebanyak 27 orang (64%) dan mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki – laki sebanyak 32 orang (76%) dan faktor penyebab pemberian kombinasi ARV TLD tidak dapat digunakan pada pasien baru HIV/AIDS di RS Penyakit Infeksi Sulianti Saroso yaitu pasien baru HIV/AIDS kelompok umur 1 – 14 tahun sebanyak 3 orang (7%) dan pasien baru HIV/AIDS yang memiliki infeksi oportunistik hepatitis sebanyak 5 orang (11%). Pasien yang menggunakan rejimen ARV selain TLD tersebut diberikan rejimen ARV dengan basis Efavirenz (EFV), NVP (Nevirapine), dan LPV/r (Lopinavir/ritonavir)./The cumulative data for PLHIV reported until the end of 2021 found around 456,453 people. In 2020 the government introduced the use of TLD combination ARV treatment consisting of Tenofovir 300 mg, Lamivudine 300 mg, and Dolutegravir 50 mg as a first-line regimen in new HIV/AIDS patients. The aim of the study was to describe the use of TLD ARV combinations in new HIV/AIDS patients and to find out the factors causing TLD ARV combinations to not be used in new HIV/AIDS patients who started ARV therapy at Sulianti Saroso Hospital for Infectious Diseases. The data used comes from recap data of pre-ART registers and ART registers contained in the HIV/AIDS Information System (SIHA). Based on the results of the study, the description of the use of the TLD ARV combination at the Sulianti Saroso Hospital for Infectious Diseases was not optimal (≤84%) where as many as 42 people (48%) were new HIV/AIDS patients who received TLD combination ARV treatment. Based on demographic data, the majority of new HIV/AIDS patients who used the TLD ARV combination were 27 people (64%) aged 25-49 years and the majority were male, 32 people (76%) and the causes of the TLD ARV combination could not be used for new HIV/AIDS patients at the Sulianti Saroso Hospital for Infectious Diseases, namely 3 new HIV/AIDS patients aged 1-14 years (7%) and 5 new HIV/AIDS patients who had opportunistic hepatitis infection (11%) ). Patients using ARV regimens other than TLD were given ARV regimens based on Efavirenz (EFV), NVP (Nevirapine), and LPV/r (Lopinavir/ritonavir).
