Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik anak dengan melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui rutinitas mengapresiasi sebuah karya seni (see,think,wonder) dalam bentuk learning kit. Didalam learning kit ini, anak diajarkan untuk melihat , mengamati, bertanya , menciptakan, dan merefleksikan sebuah karya seni. Penelitian ini menggunakan serangkaian proses design thinking yang meliputi observation, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan melakukan mengembangkan rutinitas see,think,wonder pada anak yang sama secara konsisten. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kendala dan potensi saat menerapkan metode see,think,wonder pada anak di Indonesia mengingat bahwa metode ini belum berkembang di Indonesia. Selain itu, juga dilakukan wawancara pada guru seni Global Art yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses belajar mengajar seni pada anak di Indonesia. Dari observasi yang dilakukan, didapati bagaimana perkembangan cara berpikir anak yang meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan cara anak yang dapat menyebutkan hal yang ia lihat secara lebih detail dan dapat membuat sebuah koneksi dari apa yang ia lihat secara lebih logis. / This study aims to develop children's motor skills by training their critical thinking skills through the art appreciation routine (see, think, wonder) in the form of a learning kit. The learning kit teaches children to observe, question, create, and reflect on a work of art. The study follows a series of design thinking processes, including observation, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The data sources for this research are observations of consistently applying the see, think, wonder routine to the same group of children. The objective is to identify challenges and potentials when implementing the see, think, wonder method with children in Indonesia, considering that this method is not yet widely developed in the country. Additionally, interviews were conducted with Global Art teachers to understand the art teaching and learning process for children in Indonesia. The observations revealed an improvement in children's thinking skills, as evidenced by their ability to provide more detailed descriptions and make logical connections based on what they see.
