Abstract

Komunitas adalah sebuah kelompok masyarakat yang bersifat sosial untuk saling berbagi lingkungan. Adanya komunitas adalah untuk membantu manusia saling berbagi rasa kebersamaan yang dimiliki. Komunitas datang berdasarkan berbagai kesamaan seperti lokasi atau tempat, berdasarkan minat, dan berdasarkan komuni. Adanya ruang komunitas seperti ini dapat memperbolehkan pengguna untuk merasakan area dan lokasi baru untuk bersosialisasi. Selain untuk bersosialisasi, Rumah Komunitas juga dapat menjadi karya interior arsitektur yang memiliki nilai seni dan estetika yang tinggi dan dapat dinikmati oleh pengguna saat melihat dan menggunakan area. Perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan desain yang berorientasi pada aspek psikologis dan juga interaksi antar pengguna. Desain yang dimaksud adalah desain yang mempertimbangkan kekuatan sumber daya lokal, baik untuk penggalian permasalahan maupun solusinya. Dalam desain ini, semua aspek pengguna adalah titik awal yang harus diperiksa secara menyeluruh. Didalam perancangan ini, perancangan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara kualitatif dan studi literatur. Dalam perancangan ini, penulis menggunakan gedung dekranasda yang berlokasi di Sleman, yaitu gedung yang memfasilitasi para pengrajin di Kabupaten Sleman untuk memamerkan karya mereka. / Community is a group of people who are social to share the environment. The existence of a community is to help people share their sense of togetherness. Communities come based on various similarities such as location or places, based on interests, and based on communion. The existence of a community space like this can allow users to experience new areas and locations for socializing. In addition to socializing, Community Houses can also be architectural interior works that have high artistic and aesthetic value and can be enjoyed by users when viewing and using the area. This design uses a design approach that is oriented towards psychological aspects and also interactions between users. The design in question is a design that takes into account the strength of local resources, both for exploring problems and solutions. In this design, all aspects of the user are the starting point which must be thoroughly examined. In this design, the design uses qualitative data collection methods and literature studies. In this design, the author uses the Dekranasda building located in Sleman, which is a building that facilitates artisans in Sleman Regency to showcase their work.
