Abstract
Industri UMKM di Indonesia mengalamipeningkatan jumlah unit sebesar 1,98% dari tahun 2018 hingga 2019. Perusahaan yang memiliki entrepreneur dengan entrepreneur capacity dapat berkontribusi terhadap performa serta kesuksesan perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antara setiap variabel yang mencakup experience, training, confidence, environmental sustainability, entrepreneur education, self- esteem dan business performance. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 421 responden. Smart-PLS versi 4.0 merupakan sarana yang digunakan Peneliti untuk mengolah data jawaban kuesioner responden melalui PLS-SEM dengan metode sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan teori yang membahas mengenai bagaimana entrepreneur capacity dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap business performance seorang entrepreneur di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah Jabodetabek.
