Abstract

Manajemen supply chain merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dari proses bisnis. Banyak aktivitas yang berbeda di dalam rantai pasok ini yang membutuhkan keterampilan dan keahlian. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan competitor sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan perusahaan itu sendiri karena produktif atau tidaknya mereka akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pengembangan diri dan budaya organisasi terhadap Employee Performance pada PT ABC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel non probabilitas dengan sampel purposive sampling. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 98 orang yang merupakan orang yang telah bekerja pada PT ABC selama 1 tahun lebih, dan merupakan karyawan tetap maupun tidak tetap perusahan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini 1) Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) Kompetensi, pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan Employee Performnace yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh manajemen perusahaan./Supply chain management is a very important part of the business process. Many different activities within the supply chain require skills and expertise. The success of a company in competing with competitors is strongly influenced by the performance of the company's employees themselves, because whether they are productive or not will greatly affect the success of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, self-development, and organizational culture on Employee Performance at PT ABC. The method used in this study is a quantitative one, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires given online. This study used a non- probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Questionnaires were given to 98 people who had worked at PT ABC for more than one year and were permanent or non-permanent employees of the company. The data collection technique uses non- probability sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using SPSS software The results obtained in this study are: 1) Competence does not affect employee performance; 2) career development has no effect on employee performance; 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and 4) Competence, career development, and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance. Research has a very close relationship with Employee performance, which can be considered by company management.
