Abstract

PT Duta Laserindo Metal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fabrikasi dan manufakturing lembaran logam. Perusahaan manufakturing memerlukan sistem atau metode untuk mengatur barang-barang dari sebelum produksi hingga pasca produksi. Selama ini PT Duta Laserindo Metal menggunakan metode “Kanban” untuk melakukan hal tersebut. Akan tetapi metode “Kanban” yang digunakan masih kurang efektif yang mengakibatkan terjadinya tumpukan data-data serta sulitnya menganalisis data lebih jauh karena pencatatan riwayat barang yang kurang baik. Oleh karena itu, PT Duta Laserindo Metal ingin melakukan pembaruan proses Kanban dengan membuat aplikasi "Kanban”. Aplikasi yang akan dibuat akan mencakup empat proses besar yaitu, pemesanan atau pre-order, produksi atau sales order, pengiriman atau delivery order, dan revisi pemesanan. Pada program magang ini, aplikasi akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile Kanban. Rancangan sistem akan dibuat dalam bentuk flowchart, activity diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Pengimplementasian aplikasi akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan Azure Functions untuk Application Programming Interface (API), untuk database akan digunakan Azure SQL Database, dan untuk User Interface akan digunakan Microsoft Power Apps. Seluruh fitur yang telah selesai dikembangkan akan diuji menggunakan metode White Box Testing oleh tim pengembang aplikasi. Seluruh fitur yang dikembangkan dalam aplikasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pre-produksi hingga pasca produksi PT Duta Laserindo Metal serta analisis data ke depannya. Pemagang telah berhasil melakukan rancangan dan implementasi seluruh fitur pada aplikasi "Kanban" meliputi fitur pemesanan, produksi, pengiriman, dan revisi pemesanan. Melalui pengujian yang dilakukan oleh tim pengembang aplikasi, hasil yang didapatkan adalah seluruh fitur telah berjalan dengan sempurna. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menjalankan aplikasi melalui beberapa skenario yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian berbagai macam skenario tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitur pemesanan, produksi, pengiriman, dan revisi pemesanan berhasil memenuhi seluruh ekspektasi yang diharapkan dengan sempurna. / PT Duta Laserindo Metal is a company engaged in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing. Manufacturing companies need a system or method to manage products from pre-production to post-production. PT Duta Laserindo Metal has used the “Kanban” method to manage products from pre-production to post-production. However, the “Kanban” method used is still ineffective which results in piles of data and the difficulty of further analyzing the data due to poor record of products history. Therefore, PT Duta Laserindo Metal wants to update the Kanban process by creating a "Kanban" application. The application that will be made will cover four major processes, namely, pre-order, production or sales order, delivery order and pre-order revisions. In this internship program, applications will be developed using the Agile Kanban method. System design will be made in the form of flowcharts, activity diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Application implementation will use the Python programming language and Azure Functions for the Application Programming Interface (API), Azure SQL Database will be used for the database, and Microsoft Power Apps will be used for the User Interface. All features that have been developed will be tested using the White Box Testing method by the application development team. All the features developed in the application are expected to help the pre-production to post-production processes of PT Duta Laserindo Metal and future data analysis. Intern has succeeded in designing and implementing all the features in the "Kanban" application, including pre-order, production or sales order, delivery order and pre-order revisions features. Through testing conducted by the application development team, all features have run perfectly. Testing is done by running the application through several predetermined scenarios. Based on the test results of these various scenarios, it can be concluded that the features for pre-order, production or sales order, delivery order and pre-order revisions successfully fulfill all the expected expectations perfectly.
