Abstract

PT. Duta Laserindo Metal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam bidang fabrikasi dan manufaktur perakitan lembaran logam. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam bekerja maka PT. Duta Laserindo Metal mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi dengan nama Tiket Kerja untuk mempermudah lajunya pekerjaan. Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dan efisiensi aplikasi Tiket Kerja, perusahaan memutuskan untuk menambahkan beberapa fitur tambahan yaitu fitur obrolan, fitur tiket yang menyimpan data dalam penyimpanan lokal, dan fitur ekspor dan juga impor untuk riwayat tiket. Dalam kegiatan magang ini, pengembangan fitur dilakukan dengan metode Scrum dan menggunakan kerangka kerja Flutter yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart, serta pengelolaan basis data dengan menggunakan Google Firebase. Seluruh hasil pengembangan akan diuji dengan menggunakan metode white box testing oleh seluruh tim pengembang. Seluruh fitur yang dikembangkan oleh Pemagang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan juga efisiensi dari aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Pemagang berhasil mengimplementasikan fitur obrolan, fitur tiket pribadi dengan penyimpanan lokal, dan fitur ekspor dan impor riwayat tiket ke dalam aplikasi Tiket Kerja. Keberhasilan Pemagang dalam melakukan pengembangan ditentukan oleh hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh seluruh tim pengembang dengan menggunakan metode white box testing yang dilakukan, dimana tim pengembang menguji alur dari fitur yang telah buat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa fitur obrolan, fitur tiket pribadi dengan penyimpanan lokal, dan fitur ekspor dan impor riwayat tiket telah berhasil di implementasikan dan telah berjalan dengan baik. / PT. Duta Laserindo Metal is a company engaged in the fabrication and manufacturing of sheet metal assemblies. To increase efficiency in work, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal developed an application called Tiket Kerja to make work easier. To maximize the performance and efficiency of the Work Ticket application, the company decided to add several additional features, namely a chat feature, a ticket feature that saves data in local storage, and an export and import feature for ticket history. In this internship, feature development is carried out using the Scrum method and using the Flutter framework which uses the Dart programming language, as well as database management using Google Firebase. All development will be tested using the white box testing method by the entire development team. All the features developed by the Intern are expected to increase the performance and efficiency of the application being developed. The Intern successfully implemented the chat feature, private ticket feature with local storage, and the export and import ticket history feature into the Job Ticket application. The success of the Intern in carrying out development is determined by the results of tests carried out by the entire development team using the white box testing method carried out, where the development team tests the flow of the features that have been made. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the chat feature, the private ticket feature with local storage, and the export and import ticket history features have been successfully implemented and have been running well.
