Abstract

PT. IDX Solusi Teknologi Informasi (IDXSTI) is a subsidiary of the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) which is engaged in information technology. In the use of corporate digital signature is needed for the use of digital signing that can be checked the integrity of the signature. Therefore, PT IDXSTI developed two Certificate Authority (CA) applications that will be used by the SRO, namely, eSignature for digital signatures, and eMeterai for digital stamps. Currently, both applications are in the testing stage and further development. This report will compare the theory with the practice at PT. IDXSTI regarding testing. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a theory used in application development. Testing in SDLC is the most important stage in development because it can find out whether the developed product works well according to user needs. In manual testing a use case is used which contains some common format such as application name, test case number, testcase execution, and others. As an intern two testing results have been obtained from PT. IDXSTI’s CA-application. From the results obtained, the user acceptance testing stage carried out at PT. IDXSTI has similarities with existing theories. Based on the theory in the test case scenario, PT. IDXSTI has the same formats and the same manual testing method. / PT. IDX Solusi Teknologi Informasi (IDXSTI) adalah anak perusahaan Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Di dalam penggunaan korporat digital signature dibutuhkan untuk penggunaan penandatanganan secara digital yang bisa dicek integritas dari tanda tangan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, PT. IDXSTI mengembangkan dua aplikasi Certificate Authority (CA) yang akan digunakan oleh pihak SRO yaitu, eSignature untuk tandatangan digital, dan eMeterai untuk materai digital. Saat ini, kedua aplikasi tersebut dalam tahap testing dan juga pengembangan lanjut. Dalam laporan ini akan membandingkan teori dengan praktik di perusahaan PT.IDXSTI mengenai testing. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) adalah teori yang digunakan di dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Testing dalam SDLC merupakan tahapan terpenting dalam pengembangan, karena ini bisa mengetahui apakah produk yang dikembangkan ini bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Testing secara manual akan menggunakan test case yang di dalam test case terdapat beberapa isi format yang umum seperti, nama aplikasi, nomor test case, pengerjaan test case, dan lain-lain. Pemagang telah mendapatkan hasil untuk pengujian dua aplikasi eSignature dan eMeterai PT. IDXSTI. Dari hasil yang didapatkan pengujian tahap user acceptance testing yang dikerjakan di PT. IDXSTI mempunyai kemiripan dengan teori-teori yang ada. Berdasarkan teori di test case scenario, PT. IDXSTI mempunyai format-format yang sama dan cara pengujian manual yang sama.
