Abstract

Seorang pemimpin dapat menggunakan gaya komunikasi pemimpin perempuan untuk membangun hubungan kerja dan mendorong anggotanya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari (1) gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh pemimpin Wanita di IKAGI dan (2) kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin wanita dan anggota IKAGI dalam berkomunikasi. Studi ini melakukan penelitian kualitatif. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Data ini berasal dari data primer dari 5 orang yang menjawab. Analisis data meliputi pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Garuda Indonesia, dan subjeknya adalah pemimpin wanita di IKAGI dan pengurusnya. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemimpin wanita IKAGI menggunakan tiga gaya komunikasi: dua arah (equalitarian), terstruktur (structuring), dan melepaskan. (2) Hambatan komunikasi yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin wanita IKAGI termasuk hambatan semantik dan personal. / A leader can use the communication style of female leaders to build working relationships and encourage members to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to study (1) the communication styles used by female leaders in IKAGI and (2) the constraints faced by female leaders and members of IKAGI in communication. This study employs qualitative research. Interviews, documentation, and observations are used to collect data. The data is derived from primary data obtained from 5 respondents. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at the Garuda Indonesia Office, and the subjects were female leaders in IKAGI and its executives. The study reveals that (1) female leaders in IKAGI employ three communication styles: equalitarian, structuring, and relinquishing. (2) Communication barriers faced by female leaders in IKAGI include semantic and personal barriers.
