Abstract

Di era kecanggihan teknologi saat ini, kita mengenal salah satu platform penjualan yaitu ecommerce. Orang-orang lebih senang berbelanja di ecommerce karena dianggap lebih simpel dan tidak perlu pergi ke offline store untuk berbelanja. Pada kegiatan magang yang pemagang lakukan, pemagang ditempatkan pada posisi digital marketing di PT Putra Tunas Makmur. Digital marketing adalah suatu strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan media digital dan internet untuk mempromosikan suatu brand, baik itu jasa maupun menggunakan media digital. Tujuan saya melakukan kegiatan magang ini untuk lebih memahami bagaimana mempromosikan suatu brand melalui digital marketing.\ Laporan ini berisi kegiatan magang yang telah dilakukan selama empat bulan yang dimulai pada 1 Januari 2023 sampai 30 April 2023 di PT Putra Tunas Makmur. Pemagang diberikan kepercayaan untuk menjadi admin media sosial Intagram dan Twitter. Beberapa pekerjaan yang dilakukan selama periode magang mencakup pembuatan konten Instagram mulai dari feed, caption, instastory, highlight pada akun @PTunasMakmur dan membuat Thread, serta membagikan foto pada akun Twitter. Selain mengelola akun media sosial, pemagang juga mempelajari mengenai peranan komunikasi pemasaran, segmenting, targeting, positioning, marketing mix, dan promotion mix dalam melakukan pemasaran produk melalui digital marketing. / In today's technological sophistication, we get to know one of the sales platforms, namely e-commerce. People prefer to shop at e-commerce because it is considered simpler and they don't need to go to an offline store to shop. During the author’s internship, the author was assigned in a digital marketing position at PT Putra Tunas Makmur. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that uses digital media and the internet to promote a brand, be it services or using digital media. The author’s goal in doing this internship is to learn more about how to promote a brand through digital marketing. This report contains internship activities that have been carried out for four months starting from 1 January 2023 to 30 April 2023 at PT Putra Tunas Makmur. The author was trusted to become the admin of Instagram and Twitter social media accounts. Some of the activities done during the internship period included creating Instagram content starting from feeds, captions, instastory highlights on the @PTunasMakmur account and creating threads, sharing photos on the Twitter account. Apart from managing social media accounts, also learn about the role of marketing communications, segmenting, targeting, positioning marketing mix and promotion mix in marketing products through digital marketing.
