Abstract

The term asthma is familiar to people all over the country. Asthma is a disease that causes disturbances in the respiratory tract. Until now, there is still no treatment that can cure this disease. So far, for people with asthma, the best way that can be done is to avoid asthma trigger factors that can come from anywhere. This research will examine the factors that cause recurrence of asthma which can come from within the body, the mind, and from the surrounding air environment, especially indoors. This research will be carried out by collecting data on respondents using external tools, namely using a smartwatch, air quality detector, and a questionnaire. The target respondents needed in this study were respondents who have asthma. The collected data will then be processed using the scoring method on the data and calculating the results of data normalization. This research will create an Android mobile application using Flutter as a framework, and the Dart programming language as a user interface. Making the application in this study aims to help users monitor their symptoms of relapse of asthma so that they can find out the dominant factors in cases of recurrence of asthma. Users can see the results via a graph which will give details about the progress of each indicator. The result obtained in this study indicates that overall, 4 respondents indicated that the dominant indicator that can cause asthma recurrence is psychology, 2 respondents indicated vital sign indicators as asthma triggers. Then the next indicator is the air quality in a room. / Asma merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyebabkan gangguan pada jalur pernapasan. Hingga saat ini, masih belum ditemukan pengobatan yang dapat menyembuhkan penyakit ini. Sejauh ini, bagi penderita asma, jalan terbaik yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menghindari faktor-faktor pemicu asma yang dapat berasal dari mana saja. Penelitian ini akan meneliti faktor-faktor penyebab kambuhnya asma yang dapat berasal dari dalam tubuh, dalam pikiran, dan dari lingkungan udara sekitar khususnya di dalam ruangan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data dari responden dengan menggunakan alat bantu eksternal, yaitu menggunakan smartwatch, air quality detector, dan kuesioner. Target responden yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang mengidap asma. Data yang terkumpul kemudian akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode skoring pada data dan perhitungan hasil skoring data. Penelitian ini akan membuat aplikasi mobile android menggunakan flutter sebagai framework, dan bahasa pemrograman dart sebagai pembuatan user interface. Pembuatan aplikasi pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna mengetahui pemicu utama penyebab kambuhnya asma. Pengguna dapat melihat hasilnya melalui grafik yang akan menampilkan progress detail pada setiap indikatornya. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, 4 responden menunjukkan indikator dominan yang dapat menyebabkan kambuhnya asma adalah psychology, 2 responden menunjukkan indikator vital sign sebagai pemicu asma. Lalu faktor selanjutnya adalah air quality dalam suatu ruangan.
