Abstract

The development of training modules is an effort that can be made by companies to encourage their employees to have knowledge and skills that are needed in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In facing an era of technology development in rapid and intense competition, in order a business to survive requires creative thinking skills to create ne innovations and effective communication skill to improve performance effectiveness in achieving goals. Therefore, in this research, a training module was developed to improve the skills of Mamikos.com Business Development leaders in creative thinking and effective communication. ADDIE model is used in the development process of training modules. Based on the training modules that have been tested and implemented, the training modules are able to close the performance gaps. It is supported by increased knowledge of creative thinking and effective communication as seen from the results of the N-Gain assessment which has high effectiveness in helping leaders lead their teams to achieve targets. / Pengembangan modul pelatihan merupakan suatu upaya yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mendorong karyawannya untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Dalam menghadapi era perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan munculnya persaingan yang ketat, untuk sebuah bisnis dapat bertahan dibutuhkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif untuk dapat melahirkan inovasi baru dan keterampilan komunikasi efektif untuk mendorong terjadinya efektivitas kinerja guna mencapai tujuan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan modul pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan Leader Business Development Mamikos.com dalam berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi efektif. Pengembangan modul pelatihan menggunakan model ADDIE. Berdasarkan modul pelatihan yang telah diuji coba dan diimplementasikan, modul pelatihan yang dirancang dan dikembangkan mampu menutup kesenjangan kinerja para leader. Hal ini didukung oleh peningkatan pengetahuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi efektif dilihat dari hasil penilaian N-Gain yang memiliki efektivitas tinggi dalam membantu para leader memimpin timnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.
