Abstract

PT. Generasi Muda Gigih is a software house company that offers software manufacturing services. This internship runs an on-going project of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) manufacturing for a client company (PT. Keysoftware Indonesia). This project files PT. Generasi Muda Gigih to make an ERP which already had been a desktop to be made the mobile version or Androidbased. This project uses Agile Kanban method, that is useful for monitoring how the process is carried out. The development uses Android Studio IDE with the Java programming language. The modules that was successfully created are Budget Monitors, Monitor Salesmen, and Customer Complaint. The database used by this application is SQL. Testing is done by using whitebox. Testing is done using whitebox and unit testing. The intentions of the test is to be able to show the results of data output that matches the input of every list for every modules that was done. All the test shows the results as desired. All modules that are worked on by the intern can be completed properly and in accordance with client request. PT. Generasi Muda Gigih adalah sebuah perusahaan software house yang menawarkan jasa pembuatan piranti lunak. Dalam hal ini PT. Generasi Muda Gigih sedang mengerjakan proyek yang sedang on-going, yaitu adalah proyek pembuatan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) untuk perusahaan client (PT. Keysoftware Indonesia). Proyek tersebut meminta PT. Generasi Muda Gigih untuk membuatkan ERP yang sudah berupa desktop untuk dibuatkan menjadi versi mobile atau berbasis android. Metode yang dilakukan untuk pengerjaan proyek tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan metode Agile Kanban, untuk dapat dilihat dan di-monitor proses bagaiamana proyek itu dikerjakan. Dan proses pengerjaannya menggunakan IDE Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Java. Modul yang dikerjakan adalah Monitor Budget, Monitor Salesman, dan Customer Complaint. Basis data yang digunakan oleh aplikasi ini adalah SQL. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan whitebox. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan whitebox dan juga unit testing. Pengujian bertujuan untuk dapat menunjukan hasil output data yang sesuai dengan inout dari setiap list terhadap modul yang dikerjakan. Pengujian tersebut menunjukan hasil sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Seluruh modul yang dikerjakan oleh pemagang dapat terselesaikan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan permintaan client
