Abstract

Sistem informasi pada saat ini banyak dipakai dalam berbagai macam bisnis untuk menunjang segala kegiatan yang ada didalamnya dan sistem informasi dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis. Salah satu bisnis yang membutuhkan sistem informasi yaitu bisnis penyewaan lapangan olahraga. Proses penyewaan atau rental lapangan olahraga pada saat ini dilakukan melalui SMS (Short Message Service) atau telepon. Penyewa terkadang harus mendatangi satu persatu tempat rental lapangan olahraga jika cara rental lapangan menggunakan SMS dan telepon tidak dapat dilakukan. Informasi tentang rental lapangan yang dapat didapatkan oleh penyewa terbatas sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan bagi penyewa dan proses pencatatan data-data transaksi juga mengalami kesulitan dikarenakan pengisian data-data penyewa di tempat rental masih menggunakan buku. Penyewaan lapangan membutuhkan sistem informasi rental lapangan olahraga untuk menanggulangi kesulitan-kesulitan yang terjadi pada bisnis penyewaan lapangan olahraga. Sistem informasi rental lapangan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Metodologi yang dipakai saat mengembangkan sistem adalah waterfall. Sistem menyimpan data transaksi maupun data lainnya ke dalam database MySQL. Penerapan sistem informasi rental lapangan olahraga dapat membantu penyewa menyewa lapangan secara online tanpa harus mendatangi tempat rental. Sistem ini juga menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh penyewa seperti kapan tempat rental buka dan lapangan apa saja yang tersedia untuk disewakan. Semua data transaksi maupun data penyewa pada sistem rental lapangan olahraga tersimpan ke basis data sehingga pihak pemilik lapangan dapat melihat semua transaksi rental yang ada. Pemilik rental lapangan dapat menerima atau menolak peminjaman lapangan yang diajukan oleh pihak penyewa dan pemilik rental lapangan dapat mengelola data-data lapangan melalui sistem. Information systems are now widely used in various types of business and are developed per business needs. One example of a system information system that can help business to develop in field rental business, the process of booking sports field is currently done via SMS (Short Message Service) or telephone. Sometimes customer should come by themselves to the field to book if they cannot message or call the place. Information about the sports field that can be obtained from internet are not complete and optimal. Recording database of customers are more difficult because most of the sport field are still using books. Field rental needs a sports field rental information system to overcome the difficulties that occur in the sports field rental business. The field rental information system is built using the PHP programming language and Laravel framework. The methodology that has been used when developing this system is called the waterfall method. The system stores transaction data and other data into a MySQL database. The application of a sports field rental information system can help customers renting the field online without having to go to the rental place. This system also provides the information needed by the customer such as when the rental place is open and what kind of field is available in that place. All transaction data in the sports field rental system are being saved into the database. The field owner can see all the existing rental transactions. The owner of the field rental can accept or reject the submitted rental applied by the customer and could manage all field data through the system.
