Abstract

Improving the quality of education in schools requires teachers who are able to demonstrate high quality performance. Principal leadership is one of the factors that can influence teacher performance. In addition, high work motivation and discipline from teachers are important part of a teacher in maximizing their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of principal leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of schoolteachers within the XYZ Foundation School in Papua Interior. This study uses a quantitative approach namely, path analysis with the subject of all 52 teachers who work at the XYZ Foundation School, Papua Interior. Data which were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that principal leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance. / Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah sangat dibutuhkan guru yang dapat menunjukkan kualitas kinerja yang tinggi. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja guru. Selain itu, motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang baik juga menjadi bagian penting dari diri seorang guru dalam memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dalam lingkungan Yayasan XYZ di Papua Interior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu analisis jalur dengan subjek 52 orang guru yang bekerja di Sekolah Yayasan XYZ Pedalaman Papua. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.
