Abstract

Kanker leher rahim (kanker serviks) adalah tumor ganas yang tumbuh di dalam leher rahim/serviks, yang dapat dideteteksi secara dini dengan melakukan pemeriksaan Pap Smear. Wanita di daerah Kelurahan Kelapa Dua, hanya 0,002% dari 4021 wanita pasangan usia subur (PUS) yang melakukan pemeriksaan Pap Smear. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara faktor predisposisi dengan tindakan pemeriksaan pap smear pada wanita pasangan usia subur di RT04/RW03 – Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasi dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling, jumlah sampel 59 wanita PUS di RT04/RW03. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian kuisioner yang telah digunakan telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Hasil penelitian di RT04/RW03 ini adalah Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan dengan tindakan untuk melakukan pap smear (p=0,237). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor sikap dengan tindakan melakukan pap smear (p=0,555). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor keyakinan dengan tindakan untuk melakukan pap smear (p= 0,564). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor nilai dengan tindakan untuk melakukan pap smear (p= 0,516). Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk meneliti hubungan faktor enabling dan reinforcing dengan tindakan wanita PUS untuk melakukan pemeriksaan pap smear / Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor forming in the tissues of cervix which can detected early with Pap smear test. The result of initial study showed that approximately 0,002 % out of 4021 women fertile couples at Kelapa Dua Village did pap smear detection. The objective of this study is to analyze the correlation between predisposition factor with pap smear screening act of young woman fertile couples at RT04/RW03 - Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The validity and reliability was conducted before distributing the questionnaire. The findings of this study at RT04/RW03 showed that no correlation between knowledge factor and the screening act in doing pap smear (p=0,237). There is no correlation between attitude factor and the screening act in doing pap smear (p=0,225). There is no correlation between belief factor and the act in doing pap smear and no correlation between value factor and the act in doing pap smear (p= 0,516). The recommendation for further research is to analyze the correlation between enabling and reinforcing and the act of young women fertile couples in doing pap smear detection.
